The Wedding Planning Coach behind Irene's Bells.

Although Irene’s Bells started in 2022, I have been planning pretty much most of my life. From tea parties in past entrepreneurial endeavors to project management in corporate settings, not only am I good at coming up with a creative plan; I have a special knack for figuring out how to make things work!

My most fun projects have been for those that involve my loved ones. From my niece's birthday parties to helping my BFF throw her annual donar parties for her non-profit, you will always find me planning and organizing something. Now of course a lot of my thoughts are consumed by weddings, and I love every minute!

What I want most for you is to love your engagement as much as you love your wedding day. Your engagement is spent wedding planning though and so many couples spend this time stressed and overwhelmed. Then, after the wedding, they are stuck with a bill larger than they had planned. There are ways around this, and I hope that you find a way to avoid both of these senarios, even if it isn't with Irene's Bells (although I would love to work with you).

What is a Wedding Planning Coach?

We’ll take out the stress that comes with planning your dream wedding. Help you think through your budget, make recommendations, and be your voice of reason and your personal coach through the wedding planning process!

At Irene’s Bells, you’ll get a unique planning service that gives you the tools and support when organizing your wedding. You’ll be in charge of every aspect — with some behind-the-scenes support.

Are you a traditional wedding planner or is this similar to a DIY offering that would be downloaded?

Neither! This is different than a traditional wedding planner as you will still planning you own wedding and picking your own vendors. However, you will still have hands-on support and know at all times what to do, when to do it and how to do it. This is different than a DIY downloadable service though in that you will work one-on-one with a live planner, just virtually via zoom. It really is the best of both worlds.

How do you keep your prices so low?

The whole premise behind Irene's Bells was to cater to the couple planning their wedding on their own, so it was designed to be affordable. The main way we keep costs down is that everything is virtual, and you are still in charge of your wedding. There is a hidden benefit that you don't see though and that is the money you will save by having wedding support! Ask me more about this when we have a chance to talk!

Why work with you instead of just doing the planning on my own?

Wedding planning is a ton of work! You need to pick out the venue, decide on a menu, send out the invitations and make sure everything is in order before your big day. Doing all this takes a huge amount of time that’ll keep you up at night.

When you work with Irene’s Bells, you won’t be doing hours of research to discover your options (we can do that for you). Plus — we break down everything you need to do so nothing gets forgotten.

I am a DIY bride. Why would I need a wedding planning coach?

Our services are designed to support the DIY bride. Not everyone needs or wants a wedding planner, however, almost everyone needs and wants support in planning. It helps save time and money, plus provides some guidance around the tasks you need to complete and budget management.

What type of person/couple would benefit from working with Irene’s Bells?

New Brides/Couples, DIY Brides/Couples, or simply someone who doesn’t have the time to do their own research and lengthy to-do list planning. We make sure everything is in place, accounted for, and ready for your big day.

You’ll feel it the most in the last few months leading up to your big day — that’s when the last-minute tasks, things you’ve forgotten, and delays come up. We’ll be right here to support you.

My wedding is in a few months. Can I work with you? How will I benefit?

If your special day is in a couple of months or even in a few weeks, I can help you take the stress out of the Final Stretch and make sure everything’s in order. No matter how close you are to your big day.

I don’t need a wedding planner.

Wedding planners offer an amazing service and are a great option should they fit in your budget and/or you want them to be in charge of designing your wedding for you. Irene’s Bells is also a great option if you’re more budget conscience, the details of planning feel a little overwhelming, you don’t particularly like doing your own research or you don’t have the time to do your own research.

I don’t understand what you have to offer.

I understand this service is not common, so questions are expected. Let’s set up a Free Virtual Session — so we can discuss this further. I’ll also provide some tools and resources available that I can share, once I understand where you’re at in your planning process.

What would I expect during our virtual coaching?

Regular virtual meetings to cover updates, talk through your schedule and budget, answer questions you might have, brainstorm options and ensure things are in order for your big day.
A regularly updated custom things-to-do list with due dates — so you can focus on what needs to get done each week or month.
Organizational tools and worksheets to help with key tasks and make sure nothing gets missed.
Custom budget management that is updated regularly based on progress, including adjustments and solutions when things don't go quite as planned.
Come up with recommendations to skip the trouble of researching and the difficulty of deciding what fits your needs.
